Core systems reporting
ShurjoPay is processing payments normally. Merchants can accept payments, access the dashboard, and use APIs without interruption.
Each service is listed independently. Green means the service is live.
Payment processing is operating normally again. Merchants can accept card, MFS, and other checkout methods as usual.
A brief delay during peak hours was resolved. Successful payments were not reversed. If a checkout was left pending, verify the transaction in the merchant dashboard before retrying.
We improved IPN retry timing so merchant callbacks recover more quickly after a temporary timeout. Live checkouts were not interrupted.
If a first callback is missed, a follow-up notification is sent automatically in most cases. No merchant configuration change is required.
Dashboard reports are available again. Payment collection continued throughout the maintenance window.
Settlement and transaction history may have appeared delayed while indexes were rebuilt. Historical data is complete.
API services remain available. If a verify-payment call times out, retry the verification request only. Do not create a second checkout for a payment that may already have succeeded.
Sandbox documentation for token, checkout, and verification flows was refreshed to match this guidance.
A planned EMI bank-connector check was completed with no merchant impact. EMI checkouts stayed available.
Backup routing for participating banks was confirmed. No action is required from merchants or integrators.
MFS settlement calendars were synced after a provider holiday update. Live MFS payments continued as usual.
