If the merchant wants to use the payment gateway in more than onewebsite then he has to register separately for each website. For each website a separate merchant idwill be given to the merchant.
The gateway can be integrated in any web-based applications ormobile(android/ios) or desktop applications.
The transferred money will be kept in the MSP bank account and will bereleased only after proper authentication and verification of transaction details as per therequirements of the merchant.
The payments can be withdrawn on a weekly basis (once every week).

No, only the banks can have access to credit card numbers. shurjoPaydoes not handle the credit card numbers. Only the first six digits and last four digits of the cardscan be visible to shurjoPay in the payment papers.

In case of international transactions the payments can only be received andnot sent as perthe rules of Bangladesh Bank. If a customer or a merchant files a dispute or demands refund themoney will be refunded depending on the authenticity and verification of the credit documents andlegitimacy of claims.
The customer can make payment in any currency of his choice and themerchant can also receive payment in any currency of his choice. Currency exchange rates may have aneffect on the receivable amount of payment.
